Is this a real store?
Yes. This indeed is a real store, under a registered LLC. No gimmicks, just a little sarcasm.
Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are final sale except if you received an incorrect or damaged item. If any of those factors apply, please let us know by contacting us at mgmt@officialelectric.com.
Do you ship abroad?
Unfortunately at the moment we only ship currently in the US. This is due to our current size as a company and high shipping costs outside of the country. In the future we most definitely hope to, and will update on any further progress!
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping across the US!
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped out. After that, you will receive a tracking update.
Where are your products manufactured?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations all across the US, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped with quality & care.
