Yes. This indeed is a real store, under a registered LLC. No gimmicks, just a little sarcasm.
Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are final sale except if you received an incorrect or damaged item. If any of those factors apply, please let us know by contacting us at mgmt@officialelectric.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Shipping price will be calculated at checkout. Items are packaged & shipped individually so a shipping fee will apply to each item individually.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped out. After that, you will receive a tracking update. Depending on whether you chose ground or express shipping is when your order should arrive.
Where are your products manufactured?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped with quality & care.
